Court matters move through stages — a bond hearing, the merits hearing, an appeal. The number below is the first stage. Your written engagement letter sets the full scope, and any later stage is quoted in writing before we start.

Payment plans
Deposit up front, then monthly payments until the balance is paid. No interest, no finance charges, no credit check.
- 3-month plan — on any package $1,200 and up
- 6-month plan — on any package $2,000 and up
- 12-month plan — on any package $3,500 and up
Government filing fees are separate and disclosed in writing before signing.

Three milestones, each worth 2.5% off your attorney fees:
- Questionnaires complete within 7 days of signing
- Evidence uploaded within 30 days of the request
- Balance paid in full, or auto-pay set up

We hold a limited number of reduced-fee slots each month for VAWA, SIJS, and active-removal clients with no resources. Ask during your free consultation.
What our fee covers
What our fee covers: preparing your case and filing it.
That includes preparing the forms and supporting documents, filing them with the right agency, filing the attorney appearance (G-28, EOIR-28, or EOIR-27), being available for your questions, reviewing correspondence from the agency, and preparing you for any interviews.
Some matters fall outside this scope. Agencies issue notices that need substantial new evidence. Cases get delayed. Law and policy change. Approved cases can be reopened. When any of that comes up, we quote that work in writing before we start, so you decide whether to bring us in.
Prices shown are public estimates, not a quote. Your actual scope and fees are set in your written legal agreement.
